The plant for the treatment of industrial and storm wastewater is designed to treat wastewater at the site of PS No. 2, generated from the following sources:
- Rain and melt water — from the square of the tank farm and open technological sites.
- Produced during training exercises of the fire brigade in the tank farm and from the cooling of tanks in case of fire.
- Industrial buildings and structures.
- From washing the filters of a water treatment plant.
- From washing the filters of a rainwater treatment plant.
- Water from the boiler room.
- Water from the sludge dewatering station.
- Water generated during hydraulic testing and pressure testing of tanks.
